Comments (English):
Hotel Casa Kanela is excellently situated. It is only a 20 minute taxi drive from the international and national airports. The staff is extremely friendly and it offers great value for money. One is well connected to different parts of the city through the metro bus whose stops are just 2 minutes walk away

Casa Kanela was safe, clean, quiet and only a couple of blocks from all the action in Mariscal Sucre. The staff were very pleasant and particularly helpful. I will be stopping there on my return journey

Good staff, good location. Booked a room for 2 people, paid deposit, received confirmation for one room for 2 adults. When arrived was told the room
was only a single and had to pay over twice the price for a double. Not my fault but was my problem - never had this problem with other Hostal booking websites. The room we did pay over twice the original booking price for was in the attic so only one place in the room we could stand up in.

Casa kanela is quirky, warm and welcoming. The staff were beyond helpful and the location is excellent, I recommend it without reservation!
