New Ayala Condo at Heart of Davao City

Our ayala avida condo is brand new one beautiful bedroom located centrally at downtown area where it is near in schools, hotels, city halls , people's park, banks and malls. Everything is within reach and our condo is spacious as this is not studio unit condo but a one bedroom condo that is bigger where it has another private room with own bed hence with privacy and also with mini kitchen where you can cook foods as we completed all kitchen wares for guest who loves cooking. In other words, our condo is fully furnished. Our living room has a sofa where you can sleep there and another person can pull out the bed under the sofa seat which can be converted to another bed. We also made sure you have plenty storage here as we added several closet for added space for guests with plenty things as they can placed them even under the bed at master's bedroom. We installed 2 air cons, one at the master's bedroom and the other one at living room.
