Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

CANCELATION POLICY
PROMOTIONS AND LAST MINUTE DEALS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
If you made your booking through an online travel agency you will have to cancel through them.
The cancellation policy includes “no-show reservation” fee for those that have paid their booking in full.
Cancellation for more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the price for up to 2 nights only. Cancellations between 24 and 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the price for first night only.
Less than 24 hours prior to arrival 100% of the price of the room up to the first 2 nights only.
Group bookings cancellations:
Group (10-15 pax) require 15 days cancellation notice prior to guest arrival to avoid 50% cancellation penalty charge of the entire booking

How to get there

We can arrange transportation for you or you can do it your self. From Kalibo Airport take a van or bus to the Caticlan Ferry Port 1. 5 hours, From Caticlan Airport take a trike 5 min. When the ferry lands (the only way to get to Boracay) take a trike to Bulabog Rd and head towards Bulabog Beach, we are the last resort on the road 30 seconds from the beach
