Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

PAYMENT
-payment of estimated charges is required prior to the check-in date.
-If required payment is not received on the date indicated reservation may be subject to cancellation with prior notice. Reinstatement of the reservation shall only be made upon receipt of payment and subject to space availability.
-We would appreciate receiving a standard deposit of Php 2,000 from your guest upon check-in, refundable upon check-out if not consumed
