Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION

1. Cancellations should be made via e-mail , 5 days before the reserved dates.
2. After 5 days, an amount equivalent to 1 night stay will be charged.
3. Cancellations on or within 2 days before the reserved dates will be charged the full amount of the total bill.

NO SHOW

Guests will be charged the full amount of their total bill after they fail to show-up on their date of arrival.

How to get there

AIRPORT TRANSFER

For guests arriving from the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA), we recommend you to take a yellow taxi at the exit of the arrival hall of the airport. Please make sure they use the meter. The price should be around PHP200-300 (if heavy traffic maybe a little more) to get to our condo. With this, you will be brought right to our address without any trouble.

From the airport:
Go Roxas Blvd to Aristocrat in Malate, turn to the right into M. H. Del Pilar St. Look for Baywatch Tower on the right hand side.

From the nearest LRT station:
Go out at Qurino station. Walk San Andres St to AristoMart in M. H. Del Pilar St.
Turn left and walk until you see Baywatch Tower on the right hand. Total walk about 10 minutes. Another option is to take a pedicab ( bicycle cab ) for 30 pesos from the LRT station.
