Da Elisa alle Sette Arti offers charming accommodation in the heart of Lucca in Tuscany. The Hotel can be found in one of the most beautiful and elegant areas of the old city, within its famous historic walls.
Da Elisa is housed in a large nineteenth century building. Full of sun-light, the charm and style is immediately apparent on entering the reception hall and is reflected throughout the rooms. The furniture is in Art-Deco style, typical of the old Lucca's houses.
Accommodations is offered in single, double, triple and Family rooms and guests can choose to stay on a self-catering or bed and breakfast basis. Breakfast (optional) is served in the rooms. Guests also have access to a lovely shared kitchen during their vacation.
Da Elisa is situated in the centre of Lucca, on the eastern side. There is public parking downstairs, with free parking outside the city walls, just 100 metres away.
Da Elisa is situated on the eastern side of Lucca, opposite the church of San Micheletto and within a stone's-throw of the city walls, with wide paths and wooded areas to explore by foot or bicycle. Lucca's botanical garden (Orto Botanico), a wonderful oasis of peace and tranquillity, is just a two-minute walk away.
Close by are Porta Elisa, and Piazza San Micheletto where many artistic and musical performances take place. Villa Bottini, where Napoleon's sister Elisa Baciocchi lived, is also nearby, together with the wonderfully renovated Porta San Gervasio, a relic of the second wall around the city.
